| Delivery Schedule We will ship your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the day after payment is received. All orders under £25 will be shipped via 1st Class Mail (UK Only). All orders over £25 will be shipped via 1st Class Recorded Mail (UK Only). All orders over £75 will be shipped via Special Delivery (UK Only). All International orders over will be shipped via International Signed for mail. UK based orders are generally received within 5 working days.International orders are generally received within 15 working days. You must inform us within two working days if your good arrive damaged so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. | Back Orders We endeavour to remove all "Out of Stock" items from the website until they are available again. However if you order an item which is not in stock and we are expecting it to arrive at our warehouse soon, we will place it on back order for you and ship it a few days later. If your item is out of stock and we are not expecting a delivery soon, we will issue you with a full refund. |
